I tested this one myself when I read your post. I ran out of Theed. As soon as I got the spam saying I left Theed, I popped a Field Base, and it came right up.

So this appears to now be part of the live servers. Can we get some reports on the other planets? I'd particularly like to know about Talus and Dathomir.
