Like Ronge said, the different camps have different caps. We are still in the process of figuring out exactly what the Camping changes are, but from first appearances, it seems like the lower end camps have had their caps reduced, but the XP is gained much quicker.

Nope. Can'tmacro closing a camp. You either have to physically disband it or let it time out. Why macro camping takes so long, each camp is 50 minutes to disband, when you probably max XP in 20.

Nice question. I am on duty right now waiting for the Canucks to fix thier plane and get it out of my hanger. After that I get to go home, I will check it out.

Theres another thread listing this problem. I'll have to go test it this morning. I think it has to do with the fact that HTFB's are factional camps. When your overt and drop it you get a faction terminal and the flags. But right now we sort of have two overt levels.

Ok more testing is needed

I think fodder is right. It's proably due to there being, in a sense, two levels of overt. I guess that now it sould be factional so long as you are a combatant or special forces (ie not on leave or a civilian)

I went special forces the other day and I put down a camp. Now before when I was Overt I could buy bases and whatever from the camp. The other day I couldn't. So anyone else notice this? Or was it just me?
