Yet another reason level system DOES NOT WORK. At Trap I you cannot use traps on anything but very low levels for which you 2 points of trapping xp oh wait...now it's 1 point of xp. If you are level 57 or 80 you will never get trapping tree filled up. Forget getting Master Scout back.

Owen got a semi-answer to this a little while ago here. We are going to try very hard to make sure this is addressed BEFORE the Ranger revamp.

Oh boy, this company sounds more and more like a bad joke everyday. If a bank ran this way they would go out of business because they loaned more cash than they could give. Heck, if I ran a lemonade stand that way it would go out of business.
Or you could be an election official in King County (Washington State) lose a few hundred ballots, have almost two thousand more ballots than registered voters, then call your election a success, and say that any bank would be PROUD to have your success rate.
The moral of the story is that it can always get worse. Corporate incompetence (which I'm not neccessarily saying is the problem here) has nothing on government incompetence.

Corporate incompetence is infinitely worse, because it's far less transparent than government incompetence.

What do you think caused the Great Depression?
It wasn't just the stockmarket crash, that would be a recession, when the market crashed people started withdrawing all of their savings and the banks didn't have enough money. Families that didn't get their money soon enough lost everything. They hadmoney in the bank butcouldn't get it, the banks ended up removing the accounts because they couldn't pay the balances. That is why we have the FDIC now.
