Thread: Master Scout...where did you go from here?
Just because CHs have a few bad seeds doesn't mean some of us aren't nice people. ![]()
Getting that dang CH experience without resorting to common CH tactics is a real pain though. I've only just now got the first level in everything. *sigh*
I also went Pistoleer, but good grief thats slow going.
My wife, who has a master doctor, is currently training in BE to compliment my CH. Its been funny watching her bitch people out for killing the critters she's been sampling DNA from.
On the way to Mastering Scout...I became a Master Marksman, Novice Medic, then a Creature Handler.
I will progress of the CH tree some, medic to the degree of healing wounds and dragging incaps, not sure where to head for my last Master skill hower. I may wait until they settle down with the patchs/fixes/bug installs.
Plan is
Masterscout
Marksman 4,0,0,1
Brawler 0,0,4,0
Rifleman - Master Rifleman
Swordsman 0,4,4,4
If I find the benefits of trapping and MS aren't to good might drop the masterscout and trapping line and max swordsman.

Going ranger for sure. Before camp xp was fixed I literally had 30K scouting and trapping xp stored up because that was thecap. As soon as I grinded my way towilderness survivalIV I had enough xp stored up to get master scout, novice ranger and 4 boxes in the ranger tree. Anything that boosts wilderness xp is good for me.
For me it's carbineer/Ranger. Actionshot2 with a combo of traps works wonders. Was able to solo 2 sharnaff's last night at the same time. . . I don't recommend this.
To the poster who said carbines are useless. I'm not sure if you realize this but Actionshot2 causes a posture change (in addition to a bleed). Use actionshot2 to force a posture change then use an adhesive mesh to trap them. sweet combo.
