That's the line.
I'm not a lawyer, but I annoy lots of them daily. I think they'd agree that if you're using the thingie for afk macroing it's a no-no.

As a medic I usually drop a camp, pull out my droid with the food/chem crafting station and craft a few stim b's and med packs. Then disband the camp and drop another and keep crafting. When running around if I see someone with a camp, I'll run through the camp so they get more xps.

You can check this yourself by bringing up your Holocron with CTRL+H, select the FAQ, select Gameplay and read the above...
As far as I am concerned if Dancers etc can get AFK XP by setting themselves going in the Cantina and walking away to do something else, anyone else should have the same right to earn their XP the same way.

We had a big chat about this in the Correspondent's forum the other day.
It appears that most people disagree with my view of the EULA. So apparently AFK macroing is fine, so long as you aren't using a non-third party client.
I still don't like it, but don't let that stop you.

Not saying I like afk macroing, but if it was against the EULA, there would be a LOT of holo-entertainers/musicians/dancers out there getting banned

Yeah - but speedings against that law and I do it everyday too. 
Some things are worse than others. But I see your point.
