At least there are people out there coming up with ideas on how to get over these hurdles. I have been playing for about 2 months and was pretty much fed up (as you can see I only get to play 1-2 hours/day max). People who have more play time not only aren't interested in helping you out, but have a sick tendency to mock you when you ask for it. If Sony/Lucas' intent was to make this game about community, they got it all wrong. Slow enuf getting experience on your own; then to make any real advances you have to then somehow make "friends." Good luck getting those elite experienced players to give you a hand!
Anyway, I'm all for this project and would like to say "great idea!" to Jai-Bri for coming up with it and organizing everything. See you online!

(I kinda fart around with what I work on, I will eventually nuke Artisan and debating on whether I keep Medic and/or Marksman. The plan is TKM 4/4/4/4 CH 4/4/4/4 and Ranger 3/0/0/0 for hasty retreat, need Master Scout for that.)
I'll help when I can. Got a busy couple of weeks coming up though. I'm also in Australia so Friday or Saturday nights EST are the only times I could do. This would equate to a Saturday or Sunday morning for me.

Of courseI read this on the 7th DOH! So how did it go? I think I was next on Jai's list (I could be wrong)but since I didn't help out...let someone else have next. Man, I don't read the boards for a couple of days and geesh.

Just an update.
The First outing in this project was a success even though there was only one person helping me. This proves that the project works. I estimate with 2 or more people that one person could reach a masters worth of axp (620) in under 2 hours.Special shout out to Ackiko!!!! Thanks alot buddy!!! like I said 1 person has made all the difference. Well I am ready to start the helping now that I was helped.
Oh by the way what we did was just kill creatures around theed and as soon as he reached the first level of any skill we trained it, we tried going up to the second level skills but they took to long. This way went real fast.

Hey Eazy!
This is Ackiko, my alias on your server, AKA Kitt Carson (Wanderhome). Just wanted to let everyone know that this outing was a blast. I think we really hit on the purpose behind the AXP, and that is just hanging out, cutting up, discussing and oh yeah, killing stuff (and healing me up when I got KOd). So it was some work, but it was fun as well, getting to interact with another player, which as Scouts we aren't encouraged to go for. Scouting is percieved (at least by me) as a rather solo project. I mean who wants to divvy up XP? But Eazy and I both benefitted from it. He got some massive healing skill points in addition to AXP, and I got a hell of a lot of resources harvested from the creatures killed. So it's not just about AXP, its not even about forcing people to get together. It really is enjoyable, and I will feel like a total goober if Eazy doesn't agree.
BTW Eazy, sorry I wasn't available tonight to finish up (we got Eazy covered for about 500 of the 620 AXP he needed), but it was voting day today and for some reason people in central florida STILL have a hard time driving when this thing called rain falls out of the sky... Go figure! Anyway, post here or email me and let's partner up again.
Did I mention it was actually FUN (who would'a thunk it!)

Jai has been out of town and I think everyone is waiting to see who should be next. Personally I think Ackiko should be next since he has already put in the time. I'm with ya on pushing the limits (3/3/4/3) and I want to keep it going.
So Ackiko why don't you let us help you first and then we can go from there. Even putting in two weeks on other servers and getting help on mine will be faster than two weeks sitting around the cantina trying to outtype the poor guy offering to pay to be able to train. I've seen a lot more of this.
Upright, if nothing happens by Tuesday maybe we can work something out. On week-endsI play with my PA but a few weeknights are possible. I also think we need to get a team of say 4 or 5 that would in turn help each other. It would be quicker time-wise and more fun.
