Thread: Probots....
My question is this: when I DO see a probot for sale, what do I look for in the details on examination to make sure it's really a probot, and not just some lesser droid that's been renamed?
Unfortunately, you can't actually tell until you've activated the deed.
Rather than purchase one off the street, try to find an established player. Meaning, one that is running a shop, and has 1 or 2 vendors in the house.
A standard probot should cost 15-18 thousand credits, while the advanced Probot will cost in the area of 30K. The advanced will hit harder, has medical bot capabilities, and storage space (bugged at present).
I've already managed in 1 very buggy night to advance by over 10K in scouting exp thanks to my new probot.
All deeds look the same.
Contact Gilla of Gilla's DroidWorks. he lives on the beach of Kaadara, Naboo. Whenever someone asks about probots, i send them to him. Hes a very nice guy, and he'll hook ya up. The probots are REALLY good for solo scouts. i have one ![]()
i think its really lame the way deeds give you no info whatsoever, you dont know what harvesters or whatever are good untill youve blown the money on this, they really need to give you some info

I bought a deed for a probot today from Penn. The sellers description said it had "dual armor 4". But when I call and examine him it says his armor is 1. Does anyone know what this means?

Gilla is on Eclipse (Naboo). Just bought an Advanced Probot from him a couple fo days ago.
High marks!
I think it's the resist values that make the diff.
Go check the DE post's they always talking about which armour is best.
if you're looking for a probot, adv probot with EVERYTHING it can have, or anything in between, contact Hulex in-game on Starsider...
he hooked me up, and so far he has more than lived up to his promise!
