Thread: I would like to say thanks for the scout board and Delta...

This is one of the best boards on the forum. The information flows very quickly and everyone is always quick to help another out with a strat or many other things. One thing that sets it apart is this seems to be one of the only few boards where everyone isn't whining about this that or the other thing. So i just wanted to say thanks and i hope it can stay this good for a long long time

my sentiments exactly. i keep looking at the ranger board since i am one now and i keep coming back here because of all the whining going on there and do not get me (or delta for that matter)on the creature handler boards. happy to be amongst such admirable fellow scouts.

Kaspars,

Thanks for the post. As long as I keep getting these once in a while, I know that I'm still doing my job right.

There's enough whining, complaining and griefing on all of the other boards - its nice to pull up a lawn chair and have a nice calm discussion amongst us Scouts without it turning into a "Devs are the spawn of Satan/<Insert PA here> suxxors/I'm quitting because they nerfed me" thread.

Delta,

Here is my 2 Eurocents to the discussion as I totally agree with the others.

You are doing a great job and we clearly feel that things are going on.

Let the others cry around and continue to do your good job.

Agree entirely.

Three cheers for the best correspondant in the game, and the least whiny community I've EVER seen in an online game. Ever.

You guys have made this game even more fun. Thanks!

Brisc is a good guy. I had the pleasure of hunting with him the other day. Now he's a good coorespondant, but his hunting ability is a little questionable, especially when he attacks 1 task cat and 4 swarm his body. I was unable to save him or myself. LOL

Ronge,

They aren't supposed to do that!

I'm sure that if you looked up the stats, I must have the all-time high death record on Bloodfin. I'm constantly getting killed. I'm not looking forward to when auto-insurance is gone.

DeltaXi65 Is the nicest imperial I know /cough I really hope they don't replace him. I say vote DeltaXi65 for president!

On anther note It's very refreshing to read the scout forum. Unlike the other forums. If I had read all the negative views on those forums I wouldn't have bought the game. I think there are way more people enjoying the game than not. Unfortunately they are having to much fun playing to come to the boards and post.

I think a lot of the credit goes to DeltaXi65, as the correspondent he unoffically sets the tone for the board. Of course, it doesn't hurt that far more things are right and workabout the scout profession than wrong and bugged.

I just thought it was funny. You started attacking the female, then the 2 juveniles come to say hi. I stood up and back peddled to shoot them when I noticed the large male that was on the hill, was no longer on the hill, but gnawing on my leg. I lasted about 5 seconds longer than you.

Good stuff!

Speaking of death counters I want one. I always pride myself on how many new and interesting ways I find to die in a game. As for auto insurance going no please I priced myself out at over 10K, after breaking the bank on new weapons.
