Yes, I am actually writing this cause recently i have been enlightened. Only nowI know, after many months away and many experience passed, i now truly understand what our scout correspondent really meant when he asked the devs for a MONKEY making opportunity. Delta i really feel for you, after all this months i am now aware that all this time u have been misunderstood by everyone, the devs making fun of it cause they thought it was a typo, and the entire scout and ranger community mocking you cause of itit. I am sorry cause i am one of those who also made fun of it until recently i became ENLIGHTENED .... YES, I WANT A MONKEY MAKING OPPORTUNITY.

Let me explain. I was a novice scout when Delta's post was mistakenly misunderstood, but now I am a Master Ranger. Its funny howonly now, after mastering ranger, i can really grasp the true meaning of our correspondents word. It is only now i asm fully aware of its infinitewisdom.

The enlightment came to me when after spending 4 days killing mamiens in Yavin 4 for their wooly hide ( i usually make my moNEy selling hides to Armoursmith, yes i said moNEy, for i shall never again mock the infinite wisdom). I suddenly started to think how many of these MONKEY looking crits i have killed .... it must have been thousands of it cause they sometimes ahve very good wooly ... and realized that after killing so many of them i have started to become fond of them. So it was then when the infinite wisdom of Delta's words struck me: I WANT A MONKEY. I realized that the were no non-ch pets so i sent a tell to my favorite Bio-Engineer asking him to make me a Mamien MONKEY. He told me thae Be dont have such schematics ... so i went WHAT? I like these monkeys! I WANT MY MONKEY, why cant i have the OPPORTUNITY to have a MONKEY???? WHY CANT ANYONE MAKE ME A MONKEY?????

So it was then wheni understood Deltas true request. Bio-engineers need to have the OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE MONKEYS. Not only because i have started to have some strange attachment to them after killing so many of them, it is also because i understood thet those MONKEYS are just a metaphor. Since we scouts and rangers excel in killing animals, we need to have the opportunity have those fo which we have became fond of after killing millions of them. These means that either BE need more schematics and/or scouts of rangers should get some kind of bonuses on handling animales, so they can have as pets thos of which they have become fond of.

So Delta, thank u so much for sharing your wisdom.I'm sorry it is only now after so many months that the true wisdom and meaning of your words have become clear. I now know its time to take back all those post making fun of what was misunderstood as a typo. It was not, It was a true attempt by Delta to help Scouts, Rangers and Bioengineers.

So its now the time to make things right. We know havce to make understand the devs the true meaning of Delta's words. We have to rectify ourselves and start making up for all this months we have been wronging Delta. So EVERYONE POST HERE TO RALLY SUPPORT TO DELTA'S WISDOM!!!

I WANT MY MONKEY!!! AND YOU?????

LOL you guys crack me up. I would like to add a funny little story, that might actually make Delta laugh and take the attention away from him.

I havea ranger group, and we go out and hunt/harvest several times a week. There is a core group that is there most of the time. Anyway, we were running through Yavin once and ran past a group of those monkey/chimp/baboon things. Well I said out, "hi monkey, nice monkey, by monkey". Well that was it. From then on every time we go out hunting the guys give me a hard time about monkeys, and not stopping to say hi, or to bad there are no monkeys on this planet, etc. It's non stop, yet pretty funny.

This petition just reminded me of that.

I recall seeing small patchwork banthas in the game. Obviouslyone solutionwould be togive us a schematic tomake apatchwork, toy "monkey". I'm sure there is something approprately simian in the SW universe. It would take hides for the exterior, unspecified organics for the padding, and maybe a bone for eyes and other hard decorative parts. How do we do this without getting the artisans irritated at use? Simple they get other, non-monkey, stuffed toys to make.

Thanks. It did make me laugh.

Now if i can only get my girlfriend - who hasn't played a DAY of SWG in her life - to quit making fun of me for it, I'll be all set.

She even got me a monkey stuffed animal for Christmas.
