i find myself only using Full Charge Shot 95% of the time cause i see it gives me best damage output. I have a laser rifle which stats are 27-300 and 4.0 speed. But my question is are there any better shots then Full Charge with only being a novice rifleman.

might I be so bold as to suggest using your mind damage speicals? I highly recommend headshot2 and mindshot. Not only is the damage on them massive, it will all be focused on one pool which, of course, is inherently much more effecient.
