Get new weapons, weapon crafters can now make your weapons better. About 30-50 more damage can be added to it, and about 1 more seconds of speed reduced.

My guilds weapon crafters has the best resources on the planet, and left overs from pre-shift. His Jawa Ion rifles wich he can no longer make, were originally around 170 base max damage, but now there 210. And isntead of 6.1 speed, 5.4 seconds I think.
Another reminder SG82s are fixed, so if you want a cold damage weapon grab one, or a shower head looking weapon grab one ![]()

I went looking for the weaponsmith that made my laser rifle last night, but he wasn't on. I noticed on the floor of his shop this really cool looking gun. When I examined it, it said it was a "Beam Rifle". What are those? Are "beam" rifles and sg82's better than laser rifles?............Wasn't the patch supposed to allow weaponsmiths to experiment to lower HAM costs also? I'm definitely looking to buy a new rifle post-patch.

You can lower HAM costs, but its not that good at all. If You put every single point into lowering costs, you would get only about 10 pts less, so its not worth it.

Yeah, Flurry just got the last resource needed for T21s last night... but he resources suck so they won't be the best... I just want to carry around a nice big T21 though hehe

Thats what weapon crafters have told me pre-patch. Im guessing they changed it so the people with knockdowns couldnt make it so they get low HAM to avoid that effect.

Whats the scoop with the decay rate changes? I did not have time anough to play and see how they realy afect the decay rate.

Trouble is from what I've seen of the T21 HAM costs, this also means we can't use them for general combat. Hopefully SOE will just stick a timer on knockdown.

i dont understand... didn't see anything in the patch notes about rifles being made better other than the t-21

Im not sure what it was, I think they added experimentation points, so you could increase some things more. (Things that were not yet capped)
