Rifleman Archive

I know I've seen this posted on the boards, but armor piercing with the T21 doesn't work at all with faction mobs, and I've tested this multiple times. It works on everything else including normal NPC's, though. I've bugged this, and I wanted to see if everyone else had this bug.
