Thread: Help with my char build please
Hi all. I am a master doc, heavy swordsman, with a bit of scout/artisan thrown in. All this last week I have been PVP'n and have come tot eh conclusion that: A) Being kited even when 2m from target sucks ass and B) Getting ranged knockdown spammed on me as i close in every 2 seconds is just too much.
So with that said,i have decided to drop swordsman and take up rifle. now my question is,I only have enough skill pts to take 3 trees in the rifleman career. What 3 would be best? And if you all think not mastering rifleman would be a bad idea, gimme reasons why please ![]()
Proposed build:
Master medic
Master Doctor
Basic artisan(for surveying)
Explore3 in scout
3 trees of riflemen
Any and all comments and advice is appreciated...thanks!

I think you would be much better served by a pistol or carbine, but if you really want rifle one branch you will have to get is the one based of combat exp that gives +10 speed each level, because without that bonus you will be incredibly slow and rifles will be a very poor choice.
If you can only choose 3 lines, do not choose the Conceal line... it is less than useless.
However, Master gives you Strafe Shot 2 and a +20 speed. The combination is devasting, but not necessary.
With 3 lines of Rifleman you will shoot your T21 at roughly 8-10 sec per special attack, at Master it is 2-2.5 sec per special.
If you dont plan on going master, pick another profession because this is one of them that you must go master to compete.

Agreed, Rifleman just doesn't compete with the other classes until master, where you become an overpowered death machine.![]()
That's not to say there are not even more overpowered death machines out there, *cough* eyeshot *cough*. ![]()
