two handed swordsman get head attacks early, and the weapons do alot of damage, easy to smack something for 700 mind to finish it off.

2h sword is much easier and more usefull but at Master, TKA is much better.

Does Master TKA get a mind attack?

TKA or Swordsman, TKA gets mind pool attack in its last combat XP tree box, so you're not going find it easy before then. Swordsmenare the riflemen of melee, theyget their mind attacksearly, second box of brawler.

Master TKA ranged defence: 35

Master Swordsman ranged defence: 15

I think Swordsmen are far better at dealing mind damage but as the numbers show, TKA get more ranged defence.

But since ranged defence is broken, it really doesnt matter.

Go for 2h sword.

Hmm..

Tough decision. Skill points ARE an issue so I'll probably end up going 2h swordsman.

If you're not going for master I wouldn't go TKA.Another thing, from what I've read on the swordsman board the Two-handed Curved Sword is their best weapon, and you get it in brawler second box.

Yeah I am dropping swordsman soon just because I am no longer (or at least I hope not) going to be involved in melee and with the crazy amount of skill points I have used I need to start getting some back.

2h curved's are the best, 50-200+ damage 2.6 speed decent costs, fairly cheap

Ranged/Melee Defenses are NOT broken. Just that most people dont have more then 20 in each is why everyone thinks they are broken.

Having to go out and waste all your points to get 50+ in them to even get a small noticeable difference is broken.
