Alright well I reactivated my account today, and Mind Shot got a huge nerf to what I heard about it... How can this ability be used effectively now? I've used it to take down yellow's HP with it, but at most I get an entire Head Shot 2 out of it. What is the best way to use this severely nerfed ability?

Also... does anybody have any exp tips in *groups*, and where to find those groups? I have not been able to find any, for some reason.
