Rifleman Archive

ok, so here's the situation. I'm a master rifleman (proud to be) and a master doctor. I recently joined a PvP guild and I am tinkering w/ the idea of going combat medic. Using a character builder, I realized I could go Doc 0440 (rez and buffs), CM 4004 (range and poison/disease) and 4444 in rifleman. BUT IF I HAD ONLY ONE MORE SKILL POINT I COULD BE MASTER. So, as you see my delima, what do you think I should do. Is 4444 rifleman worth it to be able to buff and do CM? Also, I know this is repetitive, but could someone explain to me how the speed modifier works? You know master rifleman get + 90 to rifle speed, but if I had rifleman 4444, then I would only have +70. Someone explain plz, and let me know your opinions and thoughts on what I should do.

i think thats a math question. I better get out of here before i fall down.. let eaca post the formulas or something

The difference between 70 and 90 speed is a 66% speed increase. Or triple the DPS.

So I'd keep rifle and drop something else...
