Finally looted a delicate trigger assembly and fully speed sliced my new laser rifle.

Stats:

"Shock And Awe"
Customization: 100%

Improved Attack Speed: 12%

Damage

Base Type: Energy
Attack Speed: 2.32
Damage: 477-1161
Accuracy Bonus: 17
Wound: 14.95%
Estimated Base DPS: 353.68/sec

Other Stats:

Range: 0-65m
Special Attack Cost: 82

Now I just need 6 +180 tissues for a heavy lightning rifle

HAte to Burst your Bubble but my Pre-CU Sliced LRconverted tosimilar stats.

Base Type: Energy
Attack Speed: 2.30

Damage: 501-1182
Accuracy Bonus: 15
Wound: 14.95%
Estimated Base DPS: 364.81sec

My Modified DPS: 525.16
Other Stats:

Range: 0-65m
Special Attack Cost: 127

The only thing it realy lacks in against yours is the Spec Cost. at 127.

...which kinda makes all the difference. At 127 sac, that rifle is basically unusable.

now you need to hook me up with recon armor and a good rifle

I still have no idea what use Wound would be for a rifleman though...if they gave us back a bleed shot of some sort it would be interesting....
