Where can i find a trainer for novice rifleman?

Tatooine Mos Eisley, from starport go right, he's somewhere along the next wall/intersection.

Keren Naboo, behind the starport on the left hand side, go past the racing coordinator

Those are the "static" NpC's I can remember off the top of my head. I can re-send you information once I am at home.
