Thread: Any one else having combat speed problems....

Hello, I beleive my charachter, Lagon Flood on Eclipse, is severly bugged.
Before Publish 19, after hitting a special on my toolbar, all the other icons on my toolbar would have a shadow spin over them relativly fast, faster than the cool down timer on the special attack I just used of course. Attacking like this, I would attack really really fats by hitting one special attack to the next one. Attacking this way, I could get 10-15 special attacks in before my action bar would be totally depleted.
Now today, post Publish 19, the shadow spin over the my entire toolbar is extremely, very, slow after hitting a special attack. So slow that it almost keeps in time with the cool down timer of the attack I just used. This is so slow in fact that I can achieve 40-50 attacks and not come close to depelting my action bar.
My charachter is a level 76, master rifleman, bounty hunter 4/0/4/4, and I have the Ranged Speed 4 skill from the Force Sensitive skills. My charachter has not changed, not has his weapon since it is on an anti-decay kit. The only thing that has changed on the weapon is the text indicating that it had once been sliced, however the stats have not changed at all.
I even tried puting a speed enhancing weapon powerup on the weapon and this did not remedy the situation.
Please look into this problem I am experiencing.

i have noticed this kinda.... more like the toolbar is glitchy... some times it freezes up and stuff.... resulted in death a couple times when the root attack wouldn't fire.. interested to know if this is just my perception, or if anyone else is having these problems

yeah when hunting krayts today i noticed the toolbar seemed glitchy and i would have to double click to get some specials to fire

Well, I don't really have any speed problems but sometimes if I happen to double-click on something on the toolbar my char just stops doing stuff. Won't get a single special or even a heal out until I make the char 'attack' again (bound to my middle mouse button). After that everything works again.. so I'm guessing there's something wrong with the new queue system that came with CU.

I tend to agree here. I havent had the same amount of difficulty with this but I do think the new queue system somtimes bugs up. Sometimes the darkened cooldown timers get stuck a fraction before they complete. I have to allow a ranged shot inbetween some of my special shots to compensate for this. As for speed issues, my only advice is this...
1. Speed Tapes rifle and general ranged
2. Force Sensitive Rows in speed
3. Grab Pistoleer, Carbineer, or some BH, squad leader has a few good mods too
4. Ranger for their traps, it will help you get away in a clinch
5. Try to rack up as much rifle and general ranged accuracy as possible whatever template you use
