Thread: Can a CL 13 solo anywhere?

I know Dant is the place to go, and I did that for a bit last night. It was great xp, but a little too frantic for my tastes. Call me crazy, but I dont mind slower xp gain if it gives me the time to truly learn the ins and outs of my skills. I am based on Tatt right now, but it seems like everything is either way too low for me, or way too high. So is there any place in the galaxy for a cl13 rifleman to go for a nice leisurely hunt?

Oh, just remembered one more thing. Anybody have a link to a listing or map of critters according to CL and location? That would be frigging awesome, and very very helpful. Thanks.

I believe they are revamping spawns to be more location specific. i.e. If you're CL13 then you can always go to location X and planet Y to find CL13 spawns. This revamp hasn't been released yet. I think your best bet is to just take missions from the terminals which are suited for your CL.

May the Force be with you.

i dont think trying to level alone is very effective right now. i know that finding a group to hunt with can be a pain in the ass, but if you find a good one then the xp will be flowing in very fast and youll have a lot more fun than grinding alone if you have people around you.

Go to the places and see if there are others with your CL who are in the same boat. Group up and take missions. You have to speak out and advertise to find folks. Instead of "looking for a group" do "Forming cl 13 group for xp" shout that a few times and most likely your attract a group.

Just remember, where you are, is, where you are. ;-)

Get Novice Rifleman before you start soloing at low CL's. It is possible to kite without Kneecap Shot, but that helps alot. I also suggest keeping Firearm Strike handy on your toolbar. Many of the larger creatures (not durnis or nunas) stya down long enough for you to move out of melee range, giving you time to heal or finish them off. Once you have Kneecap Shot, I recommend missions at least 1CL lower than your current. Yes it's less xp, but also a bit less risky.

www.swgcreatures.com

go to the left hand side and click on "advanced search". once there you can search for any given cl, resists (don't know if that has been updated for CU), planet, aggro, meat type, hide type, bone type, etc. Was a huge help when i was BE and still is really helpful for hunts and such.
