No its not like that its really simple programme, u just put speed in and it says what other +'s u need to get the rifle to 1 speed

This one is really simple, but you need +7 speed at master to cap on Strafe 2 if im not mistaken. Somewhere around +3 for headshot 3, using a T21 of course with somewhere around 7.2 speed
