As I am reading this, it means that against an unarmored player an AP3 weapon will do no more damage than an AP0 weapon. If this is correct then we simply want to look for a weapon that has the best min and max damage to use, regardless of the AP. Can anyone verify this and does anyone know what type of weapon, regardless of AP has the highest min and max damage?

The weapon that has the highest min is going to be the T21 most of the time and the weapon with the highest max will be a laser rifle most of the time.Which just happen to be the 2 highest AP's we have anyways.However, both can very greatly depending on the quality/slice of the weapon. My personal T21 max is just under my lasers max, but it's about twice the min of my laser.

almost true.

a person or creature or npc or whatever has to have resistance to a damage type before AP plays any part. so basically vulnerability or no armour or armourthat has no resists to that damage type negates AP. its a flaw in the formula that SHOULD be fixed in the combat revamp.

Laser rifles are useless. Why? Mitigation. The T-21 has the best max damage of our weapons while both T-21s and DXR-6bs have good minimum damage. Berserker rifles aren't bad either, but good luck getting one.

Hopefully. maybe that's why they cahnged turrents HP. That will be a boon to commandoes rockets
