Thread: what to do/kill for best FS xp

need ideas for the best things to kill for the quickest rifle xp to convert to FS xp.
dont say caves cuz the spawn time has been nerfed.

well, effectivly you're grinding rifleman, so same way you grind it while learning....

savage quenkers, huurton stalkers, and pikets are what I've been doing mainly. I've also heard rancors are good too, probably gonna try those today.

lot of people are talking about enraged rancor ... well I ve tried those multiple times and there must be something I miss cause
I think rancors just suck ... (yup i use a dx6 rifle )...

The rancors go down easy enough but sometimes you only het spawn of 2 at a time for a total of 6 on the lair.

80k a lair sounds nice... what do rancor average per lair? Other than poison what states do the arachne drop on you?

I managed to cap in about 90 minutes yesterday doing natural enraged rancor lairs, they are a pile of rocks, I never counted how many you get per lair, but it seemed like it was at least 30 and probably more, I'm sure there are better things to kill for combat xp, but the 1500 scouting xp you get for each one means that for each 3 lines of combat xp, I'll get one line of senses xp.

The Geo cave spawn time is not nerfed from what I can tell. I have been going some for grinding FS XP and have seen the spawns overwhelm even groups of people.

The Tusken Fort is where I did all my grinding for Rifleman and just Mastered it last week. You get between 2-5K a Tusken depending on what kind they are and they're not too hard to kill and they give decent loot half the time. You will have a lot of bitching there since everyone thinks its like a mission and you should stay away from anything that they start shooting or find first. I basically stayed away from Warlords if people found them before me but everything else was up for grabs especially once you get the specials that hit multiple targets but don't be suprised if its a free for all since alot of people will try to kill anything they see whether you've found it first or not.

Go to Endor/Dath and kill everything that comes into your crosshairs. Low end mobs are even better than high ones....they die faster, and you don't have to worry about an xp cap (eg. a 15K HAM Rancor gives about the same xp as a 9K Ham Bagaserett.)
Just watch out for nightsisters, blacksun assassins, etc, if you want to stay alive.

I just wander Endor and kill everything I see. I usually swing by the Korga/Jinda caves and clear them out as well.
