Is Rifle Accuracy While Moving an essential in pvp or is it just another broken skill mod that has no effect on actuall performance whatsoever? Is having just capped accuracy enough?

it's not essential, in my opinion the only absolutely essential thing a pvp rifleman needs is speed cap. And I'm pretty sure you can't cap accuracy.

Personally I think we should be terrible shots while running, that would make the class one hell of alot more challenging.

I don't ^_^ if so - then all ranged professions need less accuracy - have you ever ever tried to hit a target with a pistol while running?


As for accuracy while moving it is definitely a nice thing to have. If you have ever been running away from a NS elder and you need your shot to stick and you miss you will agree!
