Hey everyone,

Quick question. Is Master Rifleman useful in PVP without being speed capped (the extra +7)?

Also... how hard is it generally to find a +5 or higher rifle speed attachment generally? Im on bria.

yes it is still effective.u still hit close to speed capped especialy wit headshot3,everytime i was rifle felt like i was at speed cap cept using advance straf whcih had a little delay on it

If you're using HS3 in PvP, you'll fire once about every 1.5 seconds with a 7.5 speed T-21 and +90 rifle speed. To get to once per second, try getting at least+93 rifle speed. This will increase your DPS by around 50%

from 97 to 90 ur dps is havled (witha 7.5ish speed t21 atleast), try and atleast toget +95.

rifle speed attachments are quite rare and highly sought after, it will be very expesnive buying one, and expect on your server around 1-2mill per +1
