Thread: Leveling Rifleman

I've decided to go Rifleman/CH with some other minor skills. Currently I bring my TKA friend to tank and peace, so they're attacking him, and then i throw my lvl 12 pet and start attacking the creature. I'm currently hunting gaping spider hunters, and giant baz nitches on Dath for about 3.7k xp per creature. Does anyone have any good suggestions on creatures to level on, or ways to go about getting xp. I love free advice, so any suggestions will help.

Savage Quenkers on Dantooine or Mynoks on Lok, Mynoks disease though so its good to have or be a doc for them. And since they sorta fixed the ranged attack of the savage quenker, sometimes if your lucky they stay away from you while they spit at ya making it easy with a rifle to attack. And you get about 3-4k xp from Quenkers and Mynoks too.

Yah... what really worked for me was joining a GIANT solo group on dantooine. Take out quenker missions (about level 99). Go up to the lair, and do area shot on the lair with your rifle. Make sure you're buffed and armored, as you'll be taking a crap load of damage from quenkers gang banging you. Do this and you'll score 40k xp PER MISSION.May the schwartz be with you.

what is the best thing to hunt? i have had novice rifleman before but had the rong stats arracgment so i got rid of it. now that my stats are changed i am picking it back up again and am now xxx3. i need some advice please help a fellow rifleman.

get some buffs and to the krayt grave yard on tat. find yourself some dragonet and desert reazorback lairs you can get over 100k xp per lair if your lucky.

even if you are 0003? how mcuh ham do the razorbacks have? and how the heck do u get 100k exp per lair?

if you have questions about leveling rifleman you can read the newb rifleman faq - it has many tips sprinkled through out it on how to level and where to level.
Feel free to ask any specific questions of me (if I missed covering a subject I would like to know ^_^ )

thx for the stickie but i am not very good at finding things like " go to the krayt graveyard and kill razorbacks". i hate having that done, cause i am horrible at guessing where to find stuff. i usually get it froma post like this. i decided to make my own so i did. anyways how much exp do u get per kill from the razorbacks? a piece i mean. thx guys and girl.

Mostlyleveling is either taking missions to waypoints and doing the mission creatures there or mindless wandering (normal) so there really are no specific waypoints. Generally we recommend if you are doing missions to work out of a city with a "enhanced job market" so you get paid more. I have no idea on the xp payout on razor backs. but if you do go to the krayt graveyard (in your poi lists on the map screen) beaware if you are a novice you can die there if a krayt spawns and you don't leave fast enough.
Dragonets are pretty nasty to level on - if you do level with them make sure to have armor, buffs and probably novice medic and a crate of stimB's
Razorbacks are a little safer - you can do them without buffs if you are careful and have stims and food....

i think i will be okay if a krayt spawns. i am a master teras kasi master swordsman 4-4-4-2 in brawler novice medic and rifleman 0003. so i think i could handle a krayt. thx for the warning tho. and i am actually thinking on just goin and doin quenkers insted. they ae really easy to level on. thx for the post.

yes but i will get in a solo group and get the missions. i have such good defences i can kill a lot of thing in 1 minute like some ppl cant even kill in like 5 minutes if i am in too much trouble ill just pull out ym scythe and start whacking away killing them one by one. besides i level from novice brawler all the way to master teras kasi on quenkers. they give good exp if u are ina solo group.
