I don't have the game open right now (being that I am at work) but I want to ramble on endlessly about this topic as well as every other on this thead. Anyone want to be a real sweetheart and type in the skill description for us here?

I am a TKA primarily, but I thought that rifleman would be the perfect second job for me. What I can't catch I'll just one-shot before they know I'm there, or at least that is what I was hoping for. Block was one of the primary abilities that attracted me to this class. Please tell me that this actually does something. After being nerfed to death on my main profession, I don't want to just fall into the same trap here. P.S. my other class is commando, don't even bother trying to list everything wrong there. Why do I always pick the broken stuff.

i would rather see the block ability under counter-snipe working than some of the other stuff on thedev fix list this is a major ability!!!

what do you guys think??

Agreed. This needs to be fixed along with Take Cover (both in PvE and PvP).
