ok maybe im missing something, but im confused on a few things.

I consistently hit for more damage with Mindshot1 than Mindshot2. Does Mindshot2 hit more often or something?

It seems to me that i can fire of 2 Headshot1's in the same time i can fire 1 Headshot3........

I've only just noticed it with Headshot1, but probably happens with other moves to, it drains from both my Mind pool and Health pool, around 100 mind, and 20 health. I thought it was only supposed to drain from Mind.

And i know plenty of people have brought this up, might as well bring it up again, just doing Headshot1 with 450 focus, i lost 100 mind per shot, so 9 or so shots later, im pretty much toast if anyone is able to even look at my Mind pool.....isn't that a bit drastic, think those HAM costs should be lowered just a little bit?? I had one idea on how to fix this, someone else might have already thought of this, but i dont read over every single post so not sure. What if your posture effected the HAM cost of whatever Special your using. So lets say your running around shooting stuff, it takes more concentration so uses more up more Mind or whatever, while if you are prone, its easier for you to aim and fire, so the HAM costs should be lowered. This would both lower HAM costs for riflemen who spend alot of time prone at long ranges, and also help to balance out the Pistoleer's who are obviously over powered, if they want to run around blasting the hell out of everything, they'll have to pay higher HAM costs. Makes sense to me, what do you guys think?

I haven't seen this. My mindshot2 typically does more damage than mindshot1. Could be bad coincidence. I have a similar problem I mentioned in another thread where when I use AIM before mindshot2, my mindshot2 seems to inflict REALLY POOR damage. There should be NO relation between aim and amount of damage, so maybe it's all a coincidence gone horribly wrong, heh.

Mindshot Damage is also determined by the weapon min and max damage. Using the same rifle, I will occasionaly have MS1 do more damage than MS2. This is most pronounced with a laser rifle, and is the result of a poor damage result on one shot and not the other. Using weapons with a more consistant damage result the MS2 does significantly more damage. The results are the same with HS1, 2 and 3.

All specials drain from all 3 pools based on the weapon HAM costs, and the special attack used. In general, with rifles the Health and action HAM cost is very small, but with a couple of our attacks it is noticeable.

As for your HAM suggestion, I am almost positive that the pistoleer will be seeing some changes soon. While i likeyour idea, I don't think we will see it anytime soon. A better and easier change is to look at the HAM costs of the weapons.
