Depends on what you're trying to kill. I still use a non-sliced but expertly-made DLT20a rifle against multiple blues, since it fires so much faster than my T21 (9.8 prepatch, which was the fastest anyone could make at the time).

Without Conceal Shot, you're going to be limited to two, three, maybe four shots before your target rushes you and you have to either warningshot, run away, or switch to a melee weapon. Make sure to put a mind bleed on your target ASAP and let it work its magic as you ping the Mind with headshots.

Now I'm at the beginning of the Rifleman tree right now, and to be honest I'm having a lot of problems. Not just PvP either, and Im just wondering if it's my gun. The best thing I've been able to find it a sliced DLT20a, and I've had it since being a novice Marksman.
