Which stats do people like to get buffs
for playing rifleman?

Mind is the obvious one, but I was thinking
more toward all the 2ndary stats we have.

I am nearing Master Rifleman and am Twi'lek, so I dont have the strongest mind (no jokes, please), but have maxedout my mind stats. I think my mind is 1050 and secondary stats are around 500 (or is it 800?).

Things you should do/know as a Rifleperson:
- I have made the majority of my XP without relying on buffs, so if you play smart, you can succeed.
- That said, I have changed my tune lately: Now before going hunting, I search for a Master Doctor and have them buff all six of my H&A stats. These buffs are from 1000-2500 and last 2-4 hours, with NO side effects!
- The big downside to HA stat buffs by a Master Doc is that they usually cost 3K - 6K and you LOSE them if you die! So ya better be careful. I once paid 5K for the buffs and died 15 minutes later. (Thank you warping MOBs!)
- If you don't yet know about it, you can also buff your mind with a spice called 'Muon Gold'. It buffs allyour mind attributes for about 10 minutes, but then craters for another 3-5 minutes. I used it a lot at one point, but decided I didnt like sitting around for 3-5 minutes after using it. If you play smart you can survive without it.

Well, I had a phone call so it actually took me20+ minutes to finish this post... Maybe someone else already has already told you all this.... Good Luck!

You can actually cut that withdrawl time significantly by carrying food and drink; Ormachek (food), Breath of Heaven (drink), and a third I can't remember the name of right now.... Anyway, those there will pump your stats back up to normal ( both main mindpool and Willpower / Focus )and get you through the withdrawl period in style....

Unfortunately, nothing can be done about the throwing up part....which is why a smart Wookiee alwaysbrings his toothbrush with him...

Thanks, Tz...

Since you can't remember the third one, do I need ALL THREE to get thru, or will I do OK with just the two you mentioned?

And why do I feel like I'm discussing a dependency problem with my shrink?

max willpower, minimum 550 focus, at least 950 mindpool.

rest doesnt really matter much, as a rifleman i use tactics to avoid taking any damage in the 1st place rather then absorbing it, and with the 2.5 melee hit penalty i die in one hit even while wearing sliced adv composite to any higher end mob, so there is no difference at all.

i seem to be actually best off wearing just clothes and a PSG then armor. and health stats matter least of all. some rifles and our abilities do use action pool so i bumped action regen a bit, works well.
