If not, lets really try and get them to fix it. It is gamebreaking atm because Im a master rifleman and cant even dent things with any AR over 0. Hitting for 130dmg on a 700 hit isnt fun (with resists + ar2).

Agreed, this isa MAJOR issue and should have been fixed well before the CH nerf.
