What are your favorite kinds of rifle powerups?

I craft high quality powerups, but I'm not a fighter myself. I'd love to

find out what kinds of powerups you like best.

Please reply on this thread with the following:

1. If you could have ONE weapon attribute enhanced which would it be?

(Please pick from the list below)

2. If you could have TWO weapon attributes enhanced in one powerup, which

two would you like best? (Please pick from the list below)

Ranged Weapon enhancements

Maximum Damage
Minimum Damage
Attack Speed
Special Move Health Cost
Special Move Action Cost
Special Move Mind Cost
Point Blank Penalty
Ideal Range
Max Range Penalty
Wound Chance

special move mind cost

attack speed

max dmg

special move action cost

in that order, everything else is secondary and arguably not worth the credits and time to me.

for PvE, I like Min damage + attack speed.

in PvP I use attack speed + wound chance

I used to make power-ups (+30% ones) and I can tell you the best kind to make. Most newbs will buy Max Damage power-ups, so make those alot . I myself will go for a very effective Min Damage power-up and Attack Speed Power-up. I dont do many PvP battles, but I would go for Wound Chance and Special Move Mind Cost.

MY personal preference are ( in order):

1: Increase minimum damage: IMHO the best of all upgrades

2: decrease minimum speed: this is great if you know the fight is going to be short. I have a rifle with this upgrade for creatures I know I will kill in three shots or less

3: Decrease mind cost: if the fight is going to be a long one then I got a rifle with this upgrade. mind you I use

ASd long as the highest stat is 30%+ any of the above i will probably buy as many as I can at a time.

The secondary stat i really don't pay to much attention but I will love a primary decrese speed, secondary decrease mind cost, that Will be the ultimate power up, I believe

Usually the couplers give me the best stats

Increase maximum damage

Decrease Speed

The reason i don't go for increase minimum is that because it's a percentage and because i use a laser rifle. The difference between 30 and 39 minimum damage ain't going to make all that much difference but upping my max from 425 to 552 makes a collasal difference. Just personal taste i guess. What server you on because i been looking fora good weapon powerups on eclipse. ohh also i only do PVE no PVP.

the percentage is a VERY good point, Droidbuilder. For the high variability weapons, the minimum is pretty meaningless.
