Thread: Can non-wookiees use bowcasters?

I was wondering if a non-wookiee (more specificly a Zabrak) could use a bowcaster. If so, is there any penelty?

You can, but it doesnt work to its full potential, and degrades quickly. Its like not having the Laser Rifle certification, yet using the Laser Rifle.
