Anybody else go prone and find themselves "shifted" to another spot...can be left or right front or back of where you actually went prone? I find this to be almost routine now...I go prone and then find myself considerably off my original spot.

Happens to everyone when laying prone or sitting down, very regular occourance and is alot like rubber banding. Odd thing is that it can even teleport you though solid walls and objects within structures.

Bugged it some time ago, only thing I have found to prevent it is standing still for a good 5 seconds.

It's warping you back to where YOU just were between 5 and 10 seconds ago. Since we usually run forward, it may seem like the warp is just backwards, but it's not. If you try running a bit, then stop and turn around 180 degrees, then /prone, it'll warp you forward (to where you had run from). It seems to be triggered by going /prone immediately after running, as standing still for a bit before you /prone prevents it, as someone said. /kneel never triggers it, so I've just been /kneeling all the time until they fix it.

Extremely annoying.

happens all the time. What sucks the worst is being teleported in the middle of a bunch of hostile reptilian fliers on dathomir.

Ya , you knows guys I found the way to avoid this EXTREMELY IRRITATING BUG a week ago , but I didn't post it because once everyone knows the work around they are not going to raise a stink about the bug itself anymore .

WE NEED TO RAISE A STINK ABOUT IT

It's extremely annoying , has gotten me killed a few times and frustrated to the point of not playing the game for the rest of the night , several nights now .

This bug occurs when you drop into prone from running . You can avoid it by waiting , which is really REALLY **edit** LAME when I'm out fighting , or you can kneel FIRST then prone and it doesn't happen . I have prone , kneel and stand all in a row on my hotbar so it's not that big a deal . Just tap kneel and prone one after the other and it's wont' affect you .

DON"T LET THIS STOP YOU FROM COMPLAINING ABOUT IT CEASELESSLY UNTIL THEY FIX IT

thanks all

This warp seems to happen more often when incapped rather then when prone.

I have had this happen several minutes after going prone but it usually only happens when I also cover. It is very annoying to be laying there under cover at ideal range for my laser (60m) and warp out to 80m and all the sudden my target is out of range so I have to stand up run back in range and go prone again. Then because I stood up the mob knows where I am and comes a running so I lose those 2 or 3 shots while the mob is looking around for me.
