Rifleman Archive

I'm a novice rifleman, getting rid of my crafting skills(was going to be a weaponsmith but dont have the time or the patience now)and I want to adjust my attributes since I wont be doing so much surveying and sampling. So what do people suggest for my attributes if my primary class is going to be rifleman? I am a human so the minimums are 400. Thanks.
