I've heard that +8 is the cap but before spending millions of credits how much faster is 98 speed compaired to 90 speed that you have when you master?

thanks

you only need +97 speed to cap at master so +7 if you arent master marksmen, and +2 if you're master marksmen. with +97 you are capped with every special even with a weapon that is slow (up to 9.9 i think)

Never experienced lag that reduced my rate of fire. I have had 7 shots go off at once (at the end of 7 secs) which seems to reduce it but it always catchs up to the 1 per sec

i never have myself, one my main laptop that I play on but when I was grinding a differant toon and use the 600 mghz i noticed that i got a bit of lag spikes that messed it up. =/

+98 is 5X faster than +90. The differences is between 10% base (+90) and 2% base (+98). That is if there was no speed cap. However you cap most Rifles at +97. So you should be set.

actually with anything less then a 11 speed rifle with 98 speedyou will shoot cap on every different special

so once a sec vs 2-2.5 secs - literally double your DPS

Cool thanks I just bought 2 AA with +2 rifle speed in each for 750K each. That will finally make me at +9 speed while fully dressed and in armor I wear. Just making sure the 1.5 mil will actually make a difference.

Thanks for your input.
