Hi all. I am, currently Master Swords/Master Rifle and im wondering what i should do with my remaining SP. I've worked out two templates on which i would like your oppinion

.

1. Master Swords/Master Rifle + Pistoleer x-x-4-4 2. Master Swords/Master Rifle + Pistoleer x-x-4-x + TKA x-3-x-x

This one gives me :This one gives me:

Def Vs. Blind 60Def Vs. Blind 70

Def Vs. Dizzy 70 Def Vs. Dizzy 75

Def Vs. Intimi 20 Def Vs. Intimi 20

Def Vs. KD 75Def Vs. KD 95

Def Vs. Post down 30 Def Vs. Post down 60

Def Vs. Stun 100 Def Vs. Stun 115

Melee Def 120 Melee Def. 82

Ranged Def 87 Ranged Def 87

I'm more of a PvE'er than a PvP'er so this is only for PvE. Number 1 is more ranged and melee def wheres 2 offers better State defences. 1 would also leave me with enough points for medic 1-x-x-x and 3 SPs for Combat Prowess. So what do you say? 1 or 2?

you might want to edit that so it's not all jumbled together then we can help you with all that

hmm loks normal to me. u sure about the medic neo? i get 20 more def vs kd and 30 more def vs post down?

If you predominantly PVE, then the first template is for you. It has higher standard melee defense. Add clothing and you'll stand in good stead.

Peronsally, if this is just for PvE, I would go with 1. For PvE builds, having good melee defense will help against the mid to low end MOBs (granted it won't be much thanks to the melee hit bonus against riflemen)and state defenses aren't quite as critical. Plus, actually having some medic is almost paramount for a rifleman in PvE (thanks to said melee hit bonus).

Nah, if you group PvE with some buddies on high end mobs (elders) just toss a few mind poisons on em... they drop really fast. i know a friend of mine who is a rifle/cm who can kill a elder with a swordsman tanking in under 2 min using poisons

Or, switch the TKA from the option 2 to x-x-x-3, or even swap it to Fencer 3-x-x-x, and you should cap on melee and ranged defense I thinks.

ok he's the best tempate for PvE,,,, Mswords/Mrifles/med 1/4/4/0..4/4/4/4 combat prowess and 4/4/0/0 in Enhanced Reflexes

I think Master Rifle- Master Sword (or pike)- Medic 2-0-4-0 (heal the bleeds and MU40 StimE's)- Master Combat Prowess- 4-4-0-0 Enhanced Reflexes- and Novice Defender

are the best PvE templates possible. Pikes is a little more defensive with some great statesbut tougher grind. Swords is more handy mind damage, easy grind, and ability to solo most of whats out there.
