What do you think of this template for both pvp and pve
Master Rifle
Tka 4304
Fencer 0440
Pistol 0040
plus fs ranged speed 1 and some attachements for being capped speed
what do you think of this, give me your ideas

FS ranged speed is broken at the moment... FS melee speed gives ranged speed bonus!
as for the rest, I couldn't tell you, but it looks like you have a lot of state defenses!

you'd have 120 def vs kd, that's what you were after, right? well I have 75 with my template and hardly ever get kd'ed in pvp, in pve it's something different, but you as rifleman shouldn't get in range of the mobs in the first place 
ok here's my tip, level everything exept the pistoleer part, see how you do with that template and get medic 2000 instead, if you still feel you get knocked on your back too much surrender medic and take up pistols
don't exactly know what you intend to do with the templatedoesn't look too shabby, but for me at least medic 2000 should always be in one

I did fencer 4/4/4/0 Master rifles pistoleer 0/0/4/0. with stun modded BE clothing, I almost never get a stste on me, I think I got blinded by a TKM once.

just remember, all def vs. xxxxx cap out at 95 (not widely known) and that leaves u with the 5%chance of being kd'd on every attack but that means you will almost never be kd'd so take otu soem of the def stacking and put into medic

and just as a statement id like to say, i find my template perfect. irape everyone and everything in sight (pvp or pve) [ although when dots are brought in i usually go down becausei dont bother buying good ones to keep up ]

0140 medic (or get 3000 swords instead to cap out on almost all the states and gain +20 to initimidate)
with a +7 rifle speed +18 rifle acc while moving belt, and a 249-260 stun baton, im speed capped have great accuracy and when the other ppl wanna get intimate i can show them how much i love them by laying the smack down
also a good thing for u to do is get some block attachments (or maybe get 0030 pikeman instead of medic) and itll be fairly hard to hit you

Got it all right except for one thing
Trade in your tk and only get 4300 then fencer 4440, more melee/ranged def.
Then your golden, bought as maxxed out on Defs as you can get....
