Can rifelmen use dot weapons, and if so are they looted or can weaponsmiths make them?

yes they have such things (read further in the forum here... lots of threads on em)
they are looted, no weaponsmiths can not make them (Unless there is an enhanced e11 rifle that I don't have.....)

yea they can be looted i have a 450 strength mind poisen laser rifle(exeptional)

The only crafted dot weapon in the game is the NS energy Lance as far as i know

Velvet, that's not true. There is the Enhanced E11 Carbine, Modified Republic Blaster and Lightweight FWG5 Pistol. However, as at the moment, there are no craftable DOT rifles.

the enhance e11 carbine and the modified republic blaster have 150 streangh bleed dots ont them, not sure about the lightweight FWG5 has though.

they have dots? Didn't know that. Well still thiings to learn after a year of playing

I beleive the Lightweight FWG has some sort of pistol accuracy/speed mod on it.
