block works like any secondary defense.

1) if your defense (ranged or melee) fails and they get a hit

2) test against block

3) if block activates it drops the damage you are hit with by 50%

4) works much much better if you are pikeman mode running COB rather then rifleman

5) Jedi will eat you alive even with capped block as a rifleman
