Yes it is worth it, too bad you don't need experience anymore.

The devs really need to give some of that speed earlier in the rifleman tree.

Tsul, don't you even start with that... It was partly because of people like you that the T21 got nerfed in the first place...

Shortsightedness from people who couldnt see the big pictures caused the damage to decrease and the speed to increase... now when you reach master you're going to find that you really suck compaired to a lot of other classes because our only weapon is about half the power of what it used to be...
