apparantly it's like a /tenddamage thing... i guess you COULD use it on yourself, but i think it takes more mind to use than it gives to the target, at least that was my take (otherwise, 2 CMs would just leapfrog to full on each other...)

get musician buffs for the mind...I don't even try to hunt without full HAM buffs anymore. of course the only secondary I get buffed is focus if there's someone around who can do it, but for ~5K for all buffs that last as long as I'm online for, I can do missions to my heart's content and more than make the cash back, without worries...
