Your post angers me. Not because it is a trash on rifleman, not even because it is true. It angers me because that was the first thing I thought of when I read the title.

Well acctually burst run effiencey is crap defined. It only lowers the HAM costs, rather than making it last longer or able to be used more often..... but I see where you are coming...
