Hey guys, thought I'd post this with my fellow riflemen and women to see what you thought of it. Went NS hunting with a bunch of guildmates and took down an elder, and this is what i looted:

Ammo Bandolier

Def. vs Blind +25

Ranged Defense +15

Rifle Accuracy +21

Yay i finally got some loot that i can use as a wookiee!

Bah i hate you................ Me and some guildies took down a 300k HAM Elder last night........ and it dropped nothing.......ABSOLUTLY nothing...

We were all sooooooooo veryy upset at the devs. Something this hard to kill and it drops nothing. Whatta waist. If there is some sorta Npc out there......that has a 300k ham. "blue light specials" you all the time.... Kills 11 people 3x each.... IT better Drop something.

Horrible programming in my eyes. NO way you should get rewarded with something that hard to kill with just "YAAAYY YOU GET EXP POINTS"

Congrats to you...........Dev's need to do something about this. It's not like Elders spawn all over the place like Krayts....

We were fortunate this time, the Nighsister Elder that we tookdown last week didn't drop anything. But man, this is a nice piece of loot, hope it really helps bud.

That is a nice looking bandolier. Unfortunately for you bandoliers take the place of your backpack. I'd have a hard time going around without a backpack...

I've been thinking the same thing...guess i'll have to get some more storage droids or trim down my inventory or something. I plan on using it for pvp only so i guess i'll wait and see what happens

I gave up backpacks about 3 months ago. Storage droids help alot. I have a bleed defense bandolier and got tired of managing inventory to get it on when I fight Tuskens and Storm Troopers. Once you get use to having a small inventory it really isn't that bad. Put crafting stuff in droids since that's done in camps or towns most of the time anyway - name the droids for their perspective items that they hold - "crateofsupplies" "crafty" "weapons" and so on so you can easily pull the right one for your needs. I carry back-up guns for all of my weapons - they're in a droid now. All of my smuggling supplies are in one droid - I never slice unless I'm in town anyway. All of my crafting stuff for spices is in another one - I just make sure I have enough spice for my immediate needs accessable.

The first time you really want to equip the bandolier and you can't unequip your backpack - you'll really wish you had gone with the storage droids. You also learn really quick to dump the useless stuff you used to haul around until you got back to town - that broken microscope just isn't that valuable. Looting and harvesting becomes much more of an "art". When you go this route - never- never - ever let your inventory reach 60 - or you can't unequip anything - keep your mindset at 58 just to be safe. If you switch armor and clothes alot - keep yourself at 55 items max - everything else in droids - your home - or the safety deposit box. It can be done and that bandolier is way too nice not to be able to wear.

i remember the first NS elder my friend and I managed to take down, it dropped a WARM HAT! Such BS lol. Oh well. Too bad you cant wear a back pack with a bandolier. Guess you'll just have to carry a lot less stuff. Nice find btw. NS seem to drop some of the coolest stuff in the game. Best i found off them was a +10 weapon exp tape that i gave to my guild WS.

Bah, with a bandolier like that...who needs a backpack..........*sighs and continues her dreams of ever finding one of those*

And congrats for looting something like that.

really awesome for you.

And as Brahn said, that loot table is really messed up, ok that they shouldnt drop stuff like that all the time but come on, something of the uber stuff they are wearing could like, eh, mysteriusly appear in the loot window or its really something screwed up with them, time to update the loot tables SOE?

The loot table is broke? Two friends and myself shot at a kryat for about 30 minutes, had it down to like 250k ham (heh) and it despawned!! Talk about a waste of time. Can't loot something if you can't kill it, and you can't kill it if it disappears.
