I would know because I spent 3 months being a bounty hunter, and I recently switched over to rifleman for a change in weapons.

I'd say TKA, or any of the melee professions, that way youhave something to fall back on forclose range fighting.

Nah Green, we can take them all by our selves. If you want to add something, add a melee prof for the up close "work." My personal favorite is TKA, but fencer/swordsman/and pikeman are also good.

though i would say it was the most logical choice anyway.. especially if the devs want to get the 'sniper' idea more thoroughly integrated in the game.. Im sure the rangers wouldnt mind losingthe largely crap trapping line.. and have it replaced with rifle specials/bonus'

I seriously hope you didnt just post what I thought you posted... The only thing you can find nowadays ARE riflemen! Hell back in the day rifleman was one of the most gimped professions around, and now everyone and their sister are one. Shaddap and move on if you dont like it.

- As I see it, Sony has until July 31st 2004 to pull content, balance and most importantly "fun" out of a hat and into the game for me. I guess I can list "buying a non-refundable year's subscription" down as one of the dumbest decisions made in my life. Congradulations SoE, you took 200 bucks from me. -

thx all just havin trouble looking for somthin to pair im currently pistol/rifleman and almost fencer but i heard defence stacking is getting nerfedstill im decent in pvp (aside from duels from 20m)until a tka or another melee comes out.for example yesterday i saw a bh/pistoler thought id duel him had me on the ground in 2 seconds flat.then i thought wonder what woulda happend if i hadnt givin up bh.

shhhhh..... if devs added a profession for riflemen to dabble in that would just cause more nerf cries. If they do nerf us though... I would like to see a profession for us to dabble in.

For now though, we don't really need a profession to dabble in, and i like it that way because we're that good and still have tons of skill points to spare
