uh lvl 2 damage lvl 2 speed? both of those stats need some major loving....
maybe highest damage slice and live with speed powerups forever?

Is the gun crap? I thought it was decent especially before slicing with the sac where it is at. Oh well it was only 100k. Is there a hiddin modifer for Master Certed Weapons?

you need tell us the min dmag alos, as it determines how much slicing gives you for a damage increase
and from what i see right now, i owuld say its a crap rifle as the max damage is way below cap, and the speed is really high, but as i asked i cant really give you any help until i see your min dmg, you could with a full dmg slice and 2% speed slice on the weapon and a speed pups to get the speed to a decent number

So what are good stats for a T-21? I will check in a sec what the min is but I think it is 450? I could be wrong.
