Been playing around with the food enhancers just tyring out differenct experimentation combos.
depend on the filling and situation I would think
high as you can get it for pvp (preferably with low filling) (option a)
longer term lower for pve (preferably with low filling) (option c)

I've never seen duet pyo with less than 50 ish filling, I use the highest acc bonus I can get for PvP, I don't drink it until I am about ready to deliver the 'coup de grace.
I don't use it for PvE, to high a filling for to little time.

i usualy use Crispix as my acc found as it last like 15mins, only gives +40 acc though, and then if i need a big acc boost i drink soem Pyrom, as it overwirtes the crispix
