I have 4 x x 4 in Marksman, giving me Rifle 4 and Range 4.
My question is this:
I plan on becoming a Master Rifleman ans was wondering since I'll be maxinr Range Support under Rifleman do I need Range Support under Marksman? Is it useful? I don't use pistols or carbine.
Thanks in advance, Rifle community.

that extra speed ya get from master marks can mean the difference in a fire fight.

depends on what you want to do.
to get the extra speed the first guy was talking about, you have to master marksman, which is 34 more skill points. you can make up that +5 speed with SEA's if you can afford them, or get lucky enough to loot them.
Advantages of Ranged Spt in the marksman tree: 1.) suppression fire on a Dizzied player or NPC gives a KD. 2.) /aim helps you hit defense stackers in pvp. 3.) warning shot is effective while levelling against creatures of moderate (CL25) and lower challenge level.
that's about it. basically, all the benefit of that tree is pvp-based (dizzy/kd, /aim). warning shot is great early, but doesn't affect anything very tough-- the same stuff you'll be levelling on as a lower-mid level rifleman.

I always say to keep Marksman Ranged Support while leveling, but drop it when at Master. Once you reach master level, you can usually spend those 14 points elsewhere and make more use of them
Finding those speed SEAs is highly encouraged- it's like buying yourself more skill points(so you don't have to master Marksman).Extra skill points are priceless

^ right on the money. Warning shot is great when levelling. After you're master, the level MOB that warning shot works on will be mowed down with your machine gun (T21) before they reach you regardless. The combo of flurry and suppression fire is useful to some to create a dizzy/kd if your target is foolish enough to try to stand, but I found it to be a poor tactic against prepared opponents. I believe you'll be better off freeing up the skill points for more useful skills once you're master.
