Hi all, I'm a Master Rifleman. Got questions to ask about skill tapes:
1. Will adding a +10 accuracy while moving skill tape(s)(or+5 x 2 for a total of+10
significantly help me when I PvP?
2. I understand that as a MRM,there's a speed cap of +7 rifle speed more. Can someone verify this? Also does it mean a +7 skill tape for rifle speed is good enough for me to hit the speed cap?
3. Is there a similar cap for rifle accuracy while moving? If so,what is it? Atm MRM has +10 accuracy while moving.
Thks all in advance.

not sure but my friend has like +25 on rifle speed and he always shots cap even with crap slow weapons dont know about +7 cap thou personal the slight extra aim ull get from moving is at best 1 less miss every 100 shot. MRM will rare miss at this stage and so its not much to worry about something to make sure you'll win.

At Master Rifle (without Master Marksman) your rifle speed is +90. (With master marksman it is +95).
It is generally agreed that at +97 speed you can fire any special with any rifle at the cap (once per second). So even though you can get a number higher than +97, it doesnt do you any good. So if you are MR without MM you will want +7 total skill tapes and sell any others.

It will help though
2. I understand that as a MRM,there's a speed cap of +7 rifle speed more. Can someone verify this? Yes. Unless you have a rifle with an insane delay. Looted rifles can havea speed that is too high, but they aren't typically worthusing anyways. I think the Tusken King Rifle has too high of a delay, but you shouldn't be using that to beginwithFinally, if a WS experiments on something other than damage/speed(they are tied together), he/she may get an unusually high speed. However, how often do you want a rifle that was designed to not be fast and powerful?
Also does it mean a +7 skill tape for rifle speed is good enough for me to hit the speed cap? Yes
3. Is there a similar cap for rifle accuracy while moving? If so,what is it? Atm MRM has +10 accuracy while moving. For a Master Rifleman, I supposed it would be +35. +10 from the Master box and +25 from SEAs.
Thks all in advance.

with 97 speed and a rifle with a speed of 9, you can use SS2 at the 1 second cap

You can increase any mod up to +25 using SEAs. Beyond that the attachments will have no effect. So, the answer to your question about how much accuracy while moving you can get is +25 from SEAs. I have +20 accuracy while movingin my PVP armor as well as +15 accuracy and +7 rifle speed. There is no need to get greater than +7 speed at the moment as you will be able to shoot any specials, with the slowest of rifles at the speed cap. The accuracy tapes help....lol, damnit, I'm sure of it.
I really don't know if they help immensely besides giving me a feeling that I have an edge, but they surely can't hurt. I do realize a difference when I equip an accuracy powerup and eat a +40 accuracy citros snow cake when trying to hit the impossible fencer/defense stacker templates, so I'd say "yes", they help.
