Where do you get these powerups I see that are +100min +700max and such? The most I've ever seen is like +33min +16 max. ????

the powerups you see are actually +33%max +16%min damage,
take note that it is percent. so if you have a rifle doing
700-2200 damage, after the powerup the result will be a rifle with +112min and +726max damage(=812min 2926max dmg).

What, yours only does 700-2200? Jeesh, how do you even survive in the universe?

lol no,
there was a post sometime ago about this uber t-21 that did
3k damage, and the powerup on that was calculated as +700
max damage, naktu prolly saw that same screenshot and
started wondering about powerups. i just used it as an
example to show how it -could- hit +700 max dmg. my personal
rifle only does about 500 dmg w/o a powerup

its relative, the higher the initial dmg output of the rifle, the higher increase a powerup will give, 33% of 1000 is a hell of a lot more than 33% of 400.
